The dreamgenii® Lite Pregnancy Pillow is specifically designed to help you sleep during your pregnancy. The shape has been deliberately chosen to support your back and your bump, and to help you sleep on your side. Lying on your front or back after the first trimester can become uncomfortable for both you and your baby and sleeping on your left hand side is recommended by midwives and healthcare professionals. The back support section of the pillow gently stops you from rolling onto your back during the night, keeping you in the side position.

Filled with just the right amount of hypoallergenic filling the bump cushion is designed to sit gently against the edge of your bump, supporting your bump and helping to reduce hip pain. The flat centre panel ensures that you sleep directly on your bed and your body is kept in an aligned position during the night, further helping to combat hip and back pain.
