![Hi Bebe LCD Fetal Doppler Rental Terms and Conditions 2]( "Hi Bebe LCD Fetal Doppler Rental Terms and Conditions 2") | 1. The minimum rental period is one month.
2. Rental is charged at £14.95, inclusive of VAT, per month/part of month.
3. Each monitor rented by us comes with new batteries and a 250ml bottle of ultrasound gel. (Additional gel can be purchased from us at a price of £3.00 per bottle)
4. If you wish to cancel your rental agreement within 7 days of delivery, you must contact us in writing to let us know, and return the monitor by recorded delivery or courier in its original condition*. On receiving the monitor back in its original condition we shall provide you with a refund, less £10.00 administration fee, and £3.50 ultrasound gel charge. You will receive the refund within fourteen days.
5. If you wish to cancel your rental agreement (after the initial seven days), you must inform us in writing/email one week before the next payment is due. You must return the monitor to us by recorded post in its original condition*. Once you have returned the monitor to us, we will cancel your Futurepay Credit Card Agreement for the remaining complete months.
6. If we do not receive prepayment for any given month's rental, and you have not cancelled and returned the monitor in its original condition, we shall inform you either by telephone, email or letter.
7. If any payment remains outstanding for more than one month we shall charge you a £10.00 administration fee in addition to the outstanding rental fee.
8. Non return of a rental item is theft. If payment remains outstanding for more than two months the rental agreement will terminate, and we will initiate legal proceedings against you to recover any monies owed and the monitor. You will be liable for all costs incurred in this process and a mandatory £30 administration fee.
9. When you authorise the first month's rental, in doing so you authorise ANA WIZ Ltd to debit your card for the same amount on the same day of the month for each subsequent month until the doppler is returned.
10. It is part of the rental agreement that you must inform us of any changes of contact details including changes of address, telephone and email.
*Please keep the original packaging for returning the monitor at the end of your rental period and attach the enclosed labels to return the monitor to us by registered post |
