I've been using my breast pump for nearly six weeks now, however for the past two weeks I've noticed that the overall performance has dipped. The pressure is so poor and it takes ages to express a decent quantity, I've switched to using one pump instead of two and it still makes no difference.  I'm scared this will affect my milk supply. What do I need to do to get the pump to how it was?

Prompt response will be much appreciated.

It is unlikely that the breast pump pressure would have decreased.  This is more likely to be a breastfeeding / expression issue and to seek the best advice we would recommend that you contacted the free breast feeding helpline on 0300 100 0212.

If the pump is pulling your nipple into the breast shield then it is likely to be working correctly, however, if you believe that the pump is not performing properly, please call customer services on 0800 1114800 for support with your pump.  These pumps have a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.
