2. Each Doppler rented from us comes:
a) Sealed Fetal Doppler Unit
b) New Bottle of Ultrasound Gel (250ml)
c) New Set of Batteries
d) Instructions on Use
e) Return Instructions
3. If you wish to cancel your Rental Agreement with us within seven
days of delivery, you must contact us in writing to let us know, and
return the monitor by recorded delivery or courier in unused
condition and we will provide you with a refund less our
administration fee (£10) and the cost of the ultrasound gel (£2).
4. When you wish to cancel your rental agreement, you must inform
us in writing/online/by email one week before the next payment is
due. You then need to return the Doppler in good working
condition to us, by recorded delivery, using the box it was sent in
(or similar) and attaching the return label that you received with
your order. As soon as we receive the Doppler back we will cancel
the Rental Agreement and no more monies will be taken from you.
5. If payment remains outstanding for more than two months we
reserve the right to charge additional interest on the outstanding
amount. We will also initiate legal proceedings against you to
recover any monies owed and the value of the monitor. You will
then be liable for all costs incurred in this process and a mandatory
administration fee of £30.00.
6. It is part of the Rental Agreement that you must inform us of any
changes of contact details including changes of address, telephone
or email. |
