We ask for a week’s notice period when you plan to
return your rental. Every rental will be packed with a pre-paid returns label,
you just need to package your rental and take it to the post office. Please
ensure you keep your receipt until you receive confirmation that we have had
the rental back.
Please complete our returns form, and return your item to the address below. Please use a tracked returns service and retain the receipt until you have had written confirmation that we have received your item back.
In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise this right within fourteen calendar (14) days of receiving the order. You must inform us in writing either by email, post or fax and you must fill in our cancellation form which is available on our website. In the event of a dispute it is up to the customer to show that the item has been cancelled within the legal timeframe.
The goods must be returned to us in new and unused condition and in original packaging at your expense by registered post/courier. We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to a refund.
Where you have informed us that you are cancelling/returning an item, this must be returned to us within fourteen calendar (14) days of notifying us that you are returning it.
The right to cancellation is not available where a sealed item is unsealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, medical equipment, underwear, soothers, baby teething and feeding equipment, breast pumps and pillows, nasal aspirators.
Once an item has been received back after cancellation of the order, you will normally be reimbursed and at the latest within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods or proof of having sent the goods back.
If goods are received back in a condition that is not new and resaleable or they have been handled in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we will deduct a suitable amount from the value of the item before refunding.
If your goods become faulty within thirty days of delivery, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. However, we will first require you to return the faulty item to us in its original packing using our free prepaid label (available on request) or by recorded delivery/courier. If goods develop a faulty after thirty days but still under the warranty period we will arrange to have them repaired or replaced.
You can sterilise the bottles, bottle caps, lids,
shields, and the plastic casing of the backflow protector. Hand wash the
valves, and the white membrane of the backflow protector with warm soapy water.
Do not wash or sterilise any of the tubing. Allow the parts to air dry.
Unfortunately we cannot change the 28mm size that are included with the pumps,
as they are sealed from the manufacturer and we do not open them. You will need
to purchase the size you require separately.
If your shield is too small, your nipple will rub or
feel squished inside the shield tunnel, and if your shield is too big, there
will be too much excess room inside the shield tunnel and too much breast tissue will be pulled inside the shield.
t is unlikely that the breast pump pressure would have decreased. This is more likely to be a breastfeeding / expression issue and to seek the best advice we would recommend that you contacted the free breast feeding helpline on 0300 100 0212.
If the pump is pulling your nipple into the breast shield then it is likely to be working correctly, however, if you believe that the pump is not performing properly, please call customer services on 0800 1114800 for support with your pump. The S1/S2 pumps have a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.
hen you first get the pump you must make sure that the two parts of the adapter are connected together properly (if not already connected for you). The two parts slide together with a moderate amount of force and you should hear a click.
Please try inserting your finger into the device and
then switching the device on afterwards. Please note that the device may give
unusual/ incorrect readings if you are wearing nail polish, or artificial
nails. When your fingers are cold, the blood flow is reduced, and poor or
abnormal readings are possible. Warming the hands by rubbing together or with
warm water helps improve blood flow.
My Fetal Doppler has suddenly stopped working: when it is switched on it will only make a loud noise like radio interference. I am using the same amount of ultrasound gel + volume settings as previously. Could this be the batteries? I have only had the product for two weeks, so they should not be worn down already.
It sounds although the transducer probe may be defective. The probes are relatively delicate and can be damaged by being dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. Please contact us to arrange repair or replacement.
