Returns Policy
Cancellation
In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise this right within fourteen calendar (14) days of receiving the order. You must inform us in writing either by email, post or fax and you must fill in our cancellation form which is available on our website. In the event of a dispute it is up to the customer to show that the item has been cancelled within the legal timeframe.
The goods must be returned to us in new and unused condition and in original packaging at your expense by registered post/courier. We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to a refund.
Where you have informed us that you are cancelling/returning an item, this must be returned to us within fourteen calendar (14) days of notifying us that you are returning it.
The right to cancellation is not available where a sealed item is unsealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, medical equipment, underwear, soothers, baby teething and feeding equipment, breast pumps and pillows, nasal aspirators.
Refunds
Once an item has been received back after cancellation of the order, you will normally be reimbursed and at the latest within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods or proof of having sent the goods back.
If goods are received back in a condition that is not new and resaleable or they have been handled in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we will deduct a suitable amount from the value of the item before refunding.
Faulty Goods
If your goods become faulty within thirty days of delivery, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. However, we will first require you to return the faulty item to us in its original packing using our free prepaid label (available on request) or by recorded delivery/courier. If goods develop a faulty after thirty days but still under the warranty period we will arrange to have them repaired or replaced.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
