All prices are reflected in UK sterling and Euros, and include VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your payment information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. If the issuer refuses to authorise a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. When placing an order with Ana Wiz Ltd you agree that all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All orders are despatched within 1 working day. All orders received before 3pm will be despatched the same day, Monday - Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders received between 3-5pm may be sent out on the same day but if not they will be despatched the next working day. Orders received during non-working hours will be sent out on the next working day. |

| Returns Policy Cancellation: In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order - either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition (unused). We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to replacement or refund. Delivery Charges: We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
