I find these earplugs very comfortable and I don’t feel them when I turn over in my sleep. I tried the green ones and they were too hard. These ones are not completely noise cancelling, but suit me very well. I’ve been using them for a couple of years with no issues.

High Performance Ultra Soft Foam Earplugs

I have been using sleeping earbuds for over 30 years because I am a very light sleeper. During those years, I have purchased the most expensive ones, the cheapest ones, and just about everything in between in the search for the holy grail of silence and sleep. For me, these are the most comfortable and have the best noise-cancelling. I have substantially different-sized ear canals, and these still do a super job due to the medium speed at which they rebound after rolling and inserting into your ear, allowing a little adjustment if needed. I am a side sleeper, and these have never caused discomfort, irritation or skin reaction. I have been using these for 3 years solid and never had a defective pair. Buying these in bulk makes absolute sense.
